Isolated proximal or distal revascuiarization is insufficient for solving the problem of arteriopathies of lower limbs, in a considerable number of patients. Hence we
find associated surgery, generally performed in two stages. In sorne special cases Simultaneous Revascularization (SR) may be indicated.
