Internal regulations

The editorial committee of the journal Cirugía del Uruguay will meet regularly once a month. The editorial coordinator will be responsible for convening the members and agreeing on the date of each meeting. During these meetings, the committee will evaluate manuscripts, discuss editorial policies, and make final decisions on the publication of articles. For decisions to be valid, at least half plus one of the members must be present, and resolutions will be made by simple majority.
