Abstract

A 38-year-old male patient underwent a scheduled laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones. During the surgical procedure, an uncommon biliary anatomical variant was identified, consisting of aberrant drainage of an anterior hepatic duct directly into the cystic duct, confirmed by transcystic cholangiography.
