Abstract

The authors present technical aspects and results
of therapy far residual lithiasis of the cho/edochus
in patients with externa/ biliar drainage by
performing retrograde papillotomy guided by a
transpapillary percutaneous guide. They point out
that this procedure improves the efficacy of
endoscopical therapy in these patients even in
adverse anatomical conditions, minimizing risks
and complications of the technique; it is one of the
therapeutica/ alternatives which can be offered to
this patients.
