haemorrhage and was diagnosed by a barium enema is
presentad. Frecuents symptoms and habitually used
diagnostlc procedures are remarked. Considerations
about pathology and treatment are done. Preferené:e
for segmentary colectomy with primary anastomosis is
expressed.
