A case of bladder traumatic hernia that apperaed immediately
alter a motor vehicle accident is presented.
lis origin was the disruption of both rectus abdominis
muscles from the pubic junction. Sorne considerations
about pathology, diagnosis and therapeutic of traumalíe
wall hernia are done.
