Abstract

Pancreatic pseudocysts are the most common cystic lesions of the pancreas, and are formed by pancreatic ductal disruption. Complications of acute, chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic trauma. We present the case of a 20-year-old patient with closed abdominal trauma, developing pancreatic pseudocyst after 12 weeks. Gastric endoscopic drainage and stent placement with good evolution were performed.
