Abstract

Today, as in the past, inguinal herniation recurrencies
constitute a frequent complication of this type
of surgery. They not only indicate failure in surgical
technique, but involve an anatomo-surgical error, disregard
of dynamics and, most of all, the surgeon's
responsability.
