Abstract

The paper deals with a rare case of esophageal thoracic perforation dueto migration of a fishbone. Contrasted radiology established its diagnosis and topography. It was treated successfully by a left thoracomediastinomy, coupled with frenotomy so as to discard a second abdominal perforation.
