A patient presented a mediastinal cystic heteroplastic disembryoma ( Teratoma). P:eoperatory diagnosis
was relatively accurate and established through radioly indicating Phemister's sign, which is pathognomonic in this disease: horizontal level line corresponding
to separation into · two liquids of different density, determined by sebum within mediastinal cyst.
