Use of microscope in neck surgery

In the cervical sector thl microscope has been used in su'géry -of á)•· herves (hypoglossus majar, inferior or recurrent laryngeal nerve); b) cricopharyngeal muscles;
and c) cricoarytehoitl joint. The microscope has enabled us to operate with precision and mínimum traumatism, thus obtaining high!'y satisfactory results.
