Abstract

Two patients with gastric hamartoma were studied clinically and diagnosis was established during surgery. Treatment consisted of simple resection of tumoral
mass. Pre-operatory endoscopy and extemporaneous biopsy make diagnosis possible and help to establish surgical tactics for this rare gastric conclition.
